Weight Control: Fat V’s Muscle.

Weight has to be one of the most deceiving things because in mass, Fat is more than Muscle, you could be your ideal weight and have more Muscle and less Fat or have more Fat and less Muscle and weigh the exactly the same.

When I work with my clients we concentrate on fat loss and not weight loss for this reason alone.

At the end of the day it is all about your wellbeing and how you feel about yourself in a safe healthy way.

With a combination of your Foods & Nutrition , Exercise , and your Emotional / Mental Health Techniques; is to bring you a level of happiness in your own body.

For the life you want, the way you want it, in a way that feels right for you.

As with a lot of what I do there is feedback loops, with Fat & Muscle.

The more Muscle you have, the more Fat you can burn.
